Attendees will learn how to identify common problem weeds and understand the traits to consider when deciding on the best control methods. They will also learn how certain weeds can help indicate problem areas in the soil. Finally, they will learn many different mechanical, cultural, biological and, as a last resort, chemical options for not only eliminating weeds but also, and most importantly, how to greatly reduce weed populations from taking hold in the first place.
